Digital Products
All sales of digital products including downloadable content, e-books, virtual event access, and subscriptions are final. Once access is granted, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.
If you experience technical issues with your digital purchase, please reach out through our Contact Us page and we will be happy to assist.
Merchandise and Gifts
We accept returns on physical products such as apparel, accessories, and branded merchandise only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To qualify for a return or exchange:
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items), we will cover return shipping. For all other cases, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Gift cards or promo codes
- Final sale or clearance items
- Used or opened items (unless defective)
